Working principle of Impact Crushers:The blow bar of rotor shaft is revolved by electric motor through v-belts, and crushing the feeding material,then the crushed material can be thrown to the impact plate,and crushed again,then return to the bars and be crushed for another time. This process will be repeated for several times until the material up to required graininess. The material from the feed opening goes into the first crushing chamber,then the second crushing chamber, lastly, the size of the stone is less than the gap between the blow bar and the impact plate and is discharged from the lower part of machine that is what you want.
